Legal research for US bankruptcy law

I need legal research on the bankruptcy code below: 11 U.S. Code § 521(e)(2)(C) provides that: “If A CREDITOR REQUESTS A COPY of such tax return or such transcript and if the debtor fails to provide a copy of such tax return or such transcript to such creditor at the time the debtor provides such tax return or such transcript to the trustee, then the court shall dismiss the case unless the debtor demonstrates that the failure to provide a copy of such tax return or such transcript is due to circumstances beyond the control of the debtor.” (emphasis added) However, just above that, 521(e)(2)(A)(ii) provides that a debtor shall provide "... a copy of such return (or if elected under clause (i), such transcript) to any creditor that TIMELY REQUESTS such copy." (emphasis added). Note that the first paragraph does not include the "timely" qualifier. I am looking for cases that address whether the timing of a request is relevant to the first section above [521(e)(2)(C)]. In the second section above, clearly the request must be timely made (identified elsewhere as 14 days before the meeting of creditors). In the first section, the word "TIMELY" is omitted. So are there any cases that indicate (one way or the other) that the same time restrictions (or ANY time restrictions) apply? The cases must still be valid and pertinent. Would need the case citation as well as the text of the case. The court is in the 3rd Circuit, so of course any cases in that circuit would be the most useful.
