I need a software that takes a URL for a youtube video and and creates a transcript with the into a format just like what youtube does - see the sample shown below - first column is timeoffset into video in mm:ss (minutes and seconds) and 2nd column is the text. 5 or 10 second intervals are fine for each row. I should be able to point to just pass the URL or a youtube video and get the transcript in either a text file or on a textarea on the browser. Speed of conversion is not critical. -----------Sample transcript of 8 minutes of a youtube video ----------- 0:00 and I simply remove the telephone jack 0:03 and plug it into this box here the modem ... ... 7:49 and that is the end
