Instagram stories like app in rails

I have rails app where i want you to add two features. This rails app is something like Instagram stories. Users can add stories, other users can watch these stories and can send there photos on the story as a reply. 1. i want you to add a button which can open the front camera(the website will be only used in mobile devices android/ios) users can click there picture and send to to the user who have updated the stories. 2. Another button clicking which will automatically take a screenshot of the story and will save it.
