We have a number of x adaptations of an animation to be done as web animated banners We've created a reference for the animation required in After Effects. However, we require someone experienced with web banner animation to recreate them in flash or so as vector animation to have all the dimensions required of the file to match the small file sizes required. If the output file size doesn't match the requirement with good quality, the animation is not of use. It has to be below the file sizes required for each platform according to specs. hi - I am an experienced flash/html5 developer. I can deliver the banners on 8th and will have daily updates. I will create the required banners meeting all the requirements and file size restrications .. the animation will be created in html5 using canvas, vector and code driven animation to decrease filesize.
