Pop-up Form Use either divs or iframe similar to [login to view URL] when a user clicks on "send email" Add the form to my website: [login to view URL] Form fields Name , Email, Phone, Message, TourId (default value is MLS#, see below), EmailList (radio button values 1,2,3) "For sale" and "For rent" need the MLS#, the MLS# is always listed on the page 1 for "rentals" and another for "for sale". You may manually copy ids into your section of the page. The form should be made visible from three possible positions on the page with different results. The form box should have the following characteristics. 1. Similar size to trulias 2. include the x to close in the top right 3. Send button 4. Cancel link 5. Shaded transparent border 6. Top details (price, if the user clicks on for sale then the sale price or if the user clicks on for rent its the rent price, beds, baths, sq ft. address, thumb) not the other info The title will be different depending on which button makes it visible. For Sale's Title: "I want to see this home" For Rent's Title: "I want to see this home" Email me when' title: "Email me when..." When submitting include the TourID (rental and for sale have different MLS#s for the same page) Visible Fields will depend on which button made the form visible Name:  (for sale, for rent, send me email) Email:  (for sale, for rent, send me email) Phone: (for sale, for rent) Message:  (for sale, for rent) (send me email) radio button  , default is the top one. email me when new homes are listed or price changes for the subdivision email me only when this home's price changes or is sold email list is the radio button option they select in the send me email popup 1= "Email me when new homes are listed or price changes for the subdivision" 2 =" Email me only when this home's price changes or is sold" (default) 3 = "None" (when the form was shown for "For Sale" or "For Rent", this emailList was not visible, submit this value or no value, but do not submit #2) [login to view URL] Use the same styles as the embedded form as on [login to view URL] Submit using the same php back-end (I will handle all back-end modifications, your part is just to call this script) You will need the mlsid of the property (either rental or for sale) as the default value for tour. Please have this in the html page only (you may use a little embedded js on the html page if necessary) CSS and JS use the same [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for now. You may add/change anything you like, but make sure the js field checking on name and email is intact (no checking on other fields), the form submission process is the same and the styles are the same) Please keep in mind I am back-porting your work to fit multiple pages.
