Use FFMPEG to decode video carried within MPEG Transport Stream packets. Base code and test input file provided. Base code simulates in-memory transfer of TS packets. Decoder should process one TS packet at a time, not read from file or network stream.

Hi! Can do the C++ program with FFMPEG to decode the MPEG-TS stream do you just need the plain YUV data into a file as the basefile you showed? Will start right now and do it in Linux, you tell me if I can use C++14/C++11 stuff on this or not, or if it will be deployed on another OS like Windows. Thanks for reading! - Vinicius
