There is an existing Android app that connects with an existing Beacon device over BLE 5.0. Beacon has 3 axis accelerometer which advertises X, Y and Z axis at a regular interval of time. Android app is receiving the advertisement details and calculating the fall using very basic threshold based mechanism. Sample reference is given here - [login to view URL] This job is about: 1. Improving existing algorithm and to be able to correctly identify the right posture i.e. sitting, standing, walking or FALL (from all possible directions). 2. Real fall is when person falls and doesn't wake up for sometime. 3. Sensitivity level of the fall. People have different sensitivity levels to qualify a fall. So algorithm/program should be able to configure sensitivity level. We are looking for an expert freelancer who has done similar job already because speed and efficiency is a key here. We will also look for some work/testimonials. We are open for suggestions and if we can use any Machine Learning techniques to further improve the program.
