I had previously worked on similar project for completing a course in college. I have done the programming in cpp. Implemented encryption and decryption of images using rsa and aes 256 algorithms. I can add cuda support too if you wish( CUDA is used to accelerate the encryption or decryption process by harnessing the power of graphics card ). I donot mind to write you the module you require in any language of your choice( preferably c, cpp, python or java). The bidding price is not final and is negotiable depending on the complexity of the project . Last but not least donot worry that I dont have any reviews thats because I never worked here.
