The project is to improve the existing Java program. The program must process a list of URLs and find for each URL all RSS, Atom and similar feeds reachable from the given domain but only in pages in the given domain. (In this document, “RSS” refers to RSS, Atom and any other similar feed/link that provides news story data). Please read the full specifications in the attached pdf and examine the source code. If you place a bid on this project within 30 minutes of the posting I will reject the bid because I will know that you did not read the documents.

Dear Chris, I am putting in a very low bid of 250 USD, though the final price should be in the range of 400-450 USD. Reason why I am bidding low is because I see the current enhancement to be more of a POC to start with that should eventually mature into a concrete solution. Therefore, I would like to have as less an amount committed from my side as possible (and yours too), initially. Of course, if the solution works out to your satisfaction, I would then request you for a bonus amount that would add up to the final figure of 400USD. Hope you are fine with this approach.
