QR Scanner app for iPad

Hi, We have a web app that does QR scanning and show interactive content, it works well when it run within Safari iOS, however when the page is saved to home screen to run in full screen, it can’t access the device camera, so we need the following: #1) a quick minimal native-app shell that can host the webURL but gives it access to camera and run in full screen. #2) If no.#1 is not feasible we need a native app to host the whole experience and be ready in 4 days. it should do the following: 1. Scan QR codes 2. Validate user information based on value from QR code 3. if Data is valid, start the experience of the application which will show interactive information. Additional features: 1. If device is inactive for X duration of minutes (can be configured from app settings), it pops up a window prompting user to confirm attendance or reset to first splash screen. 2. There will be an animation running in the background and the animation will change based on each step of the experience Notes: - Application is intended to be used on iPad 11 pro **ONLY** (NOT iPhone or any Android devices) - Design is ready. -Timeframe is 4 days.
