The objective of this RFP is to identify a successful proponent, who will design, develop and implement a complete solution for a consumer mobile app that: • builds on the “best-in-class” of monitoring related apps; • provides an informative and easy to use consumer experience; • well reviewed by users and becomes known as a reliable and desirable “must have” app. The features of the application include following characteristics: • Backend server: storage server where is information is kept and additional app can be downloaded • Frontend server: web site where people can buy product, sign up, log in and check information • Send SMS Commands to the Phone • Listen to Phone Surroundings • Make the Phone Take a Secret Picture • Text Messages Sent and Received • Track GPS Locations Cell ID location Tracking • Phone call: Call Durations, Times and Dates (outgoing, incoming and missed calls) • URLs visited in mobile web browser • See YouTube Videos Watched • Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Viber, Skype • Email monitoring • Apps Installed on the Phone • BB, Yahoo, Windows Live, AOL, Gtalk • Log iMessages from iPhone • See all contacts name and corresponding numbers • Get Alerts on Prohibited Activities • Record Events and Tasks • Send SMS Commands to the Phone • Remote control the phone • Access calendar entries • Sim card change notification
