We have created an APP for IOS for Cannabis sales, however the issue is that we have been getting rejected to identify the following below, We need someone that can assist us and getting this resolved and get the app approved, FYI there is WEED MAPS and GOTWEED that does the same thing we do WE NEED HELP ASAP __ __ Guidelines 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and 1.4.3 - Safety - Physical Harm We noticed your app facilitates the sale of cannabis-related products or services which are highly regulated and we want to be sure that your app includes important protections for the safety of your users. We found that your app: - Does not have the necessary licensing and permissions for the locations where your app is available. - Provides information for multiple dispensaries or pharmacies, but it is not clear if the distributors represented in your app have the necessary licensing to sell cannabis in all the locations where your app is available. - Isn't published under a seller and company name that is associated with the organization or company providing the services. In this case, your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the BlayzeWeed name. - Is not geo-restricted so that the app can only be accessed in locations where you have the required license or permissions. Next Steps To resolve this issue, please take the following steps: - Reply to this message in App Store Connect and describe your process for verifying the licenses and permissions of cannabis providers in your app. You may also include documentary evidence of the licenses. - Publish your app under a seller name and company name that reflects the BlayzeWeed name. If you have developed this app on behalf of a client, you may resubmit the app through their account, if they have one. You may also request an update to the company name on your account by having the Team Agent edit the account information. - Geo-restrict the app so that it can only be used in locations where you have the required license or permissions.
