SEO expert needed - 5 keywords, TOP 5 ranking, 1st page European Google

SEO expert needed for a European lingerie - adult website (Magento platform). We are looking for an experienced SEO professional, who can get 5 medium / low competition keywords ranking our website at least at TOP 5 position on Google (European countries!). Payment will be provided as follows: - 50% milestone after 2 keywords achieve & maintain at least top 5 ranking on [login to view URL] (European countries) - 50% when all 5 keywords achieve & maintain at least top 5 on [login to view URL] (European countries) The goal must be achieved within 1-2 months, we will expect weekly updates on the progress. Important - the following conditions must be agreed to before bidding: - All Google's guidelines must be followed, absolutely no black / grey hat methods. White hat techniques only. - No use of spam, junk profile building or any other unethical SEO methods. - You will not be using automated software or bots. - Links must be permanent, readable, indexable, visible etc. - No css redirects, no 301 redirects, hidden links, cloaking etc. Search engine friendly link pages only. - No traffic exchanges or link exchanges. - Quality and Relevant backlinks only. - Absolutely no methods or techniques that will get the site banned, penalized etc. - You are a genuine SEO expert, who has a lot of experience in SEO, working within Google guidelines, Google & Panda updates; - You must have a high rating on Freelancer.com, be able to carry out website's SEO analysis, identify areas of improvement, explain exactly what methods you will use for this project. You will be required to provide detailed SEO techniques you will use for this project. If any of the above are not followed, payment will not be provided. As mentioned above, our website should stay on the 1st Google (European countries) page, ranking within TOP 5. Please also provide a monthly maintenance price to remain within TOP 5 Google results. Please do not bid if you do not agree with any of the above (re payments, SEO techniques, progress updates etc.) Our budget for this project - 50 to 200 USD.
