Link Building Required PR4 PR5 PR6 PR7 PR8+ sites

We need someone to build some inbound links for my website. We have several websites that need GOOD HIGH PR inbound links. They MUST be DO FOLLOW links. They MUST be on INDEXED pages. They MUST be relevant. They must be PERMANENT. No 1 day links or 1 week links. 1 year or better. This is required. The person doing the link building for this project will be offered the opportunity to build links for 10+ other projects we have going. We have a niche website that we require inbound links for. These links must be from high pr websites and the page linking to us MUST have a high PR. We have had plenty of links from non pr web pages, link directorys, forum signatures, etc. We need someone to do the job right. We pay for results, not promises.
