Help Enhance My Google Adword Campaign

I need a little coaching with my google ad campaign. My campaign is geared toward companies who need holiday gifts for their clients or employees. I did ok last year, but need help analysing data and setting up ads to correpsond with various keywords. I'd like someone to review what I've done and make recommendations. I want to learn how to do everything and then, as I get busier I will have someone(you ?) takeover for me. You must speak English, live in the US and have a cellphone or landline.
