converting sells page

Job Description Ok so this I need, I need someone who is great when it comes to Sales and mARKETING BUT UNDERSTAND SEO and WORDPRESS. If you do not have a firm grasp on these 4 things please do not apply for this job. I have a great wordpress site and I rank very high on google #2-#3 on the first page. Now although I rank high I do not get the calls that I should be getting because I do not have a call to action ( per say ) I have great content but customers are not calling me the way that they should. so thats one problem. the second problem I need all my title tags to be fixed to correspond to what the page is about. I was told that I have 2 menu's structures in the admin part of my wordpress and there fighting each other for control and once i fix this then my site will shoot through the roof. I need help and need it fast. thank you
