Toronto Design Firm Seeks Account Manager / Business Sales Executive Derooted Creative has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Account Manager / Business Sales Executive to join our team. About The Job You will be responsible for the sale of Derooted Creative’s corporate design, interactive and experiential services. In order to succeed in this job you should have the following knowledge and skill: • A sales professional with proven track record of success in the Design, Interactive and Experiential fields. • A well networked professional with a commitment to continuous networking and expanding of his/her professional network. Knowledge of existing and emerging web technologies as they relate to design and development. • Must have solid understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset and a keen understanding of business. • A solid understanding of forming business partnerships within the SME market. (Small to Medium size businesses). • Highly developed prospecting and closing skills. • Highly developed skills to open doors and develop solutions to address client needs and issues. • Strong team player with the ability to influence, lead, and create partnerships with managers and business owners. • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills • Tremendously self motivated. • Proven ability to overcome resistance and solve problems • Post secondary education preferred but not a must for the right candidate (University degree or equivalent) • Requires frequent local travel (expenses and car allowance reimbursed) The role provides for commissioned compensation that will allow the right candidate to earn an excellent income and truly become a long-term part of our team at Derooted Creative.
