I am looking for a talented designer who can create a scary and spooky Halloween character for our Halloween event. The character design should be in color and will primarily be used for digital media purposes. Ideal skills and experience: - Strong illustration skills with a focus on creating scary and spooky characters - Experience in designing characters for digital media - Ability to bring a sense of creepiness and Halloween spirit to the character design - Proficiency in using digital design software and tools - Understanding of the Halloween event industry and the ability to create a character that will resonate with our target audience If you have a passion for creating spooky and creepy characters and are experienced in designing for digital media, we would love to work with you on this project. Please provide samples of your previous character design work in your proposal. I have provided an example of work I have had done in the past, I'm after this level of execution or better.
