2D animator for a fighting game

We’re working on a platform fighter and are hoping for cartoon or anime styled animation. This fighting game will be an ongoing project for years to come and we’re hoping to find someone that can stick with us all the way through as well as work within our budget. The amount of frames per animation will be 8-24 depending on the action the character is doing. We’re looking for an full-time animator who can handle action and fighting animations very well for we want the movements of these fighters to look smooth and enjoyable to see! Any animator with some fighting game knowledge will also be very handy here for we’ll not only be referencing lots of other fighters. But, we’ll need someone who can execute what we’re looking for with a creative mind. We already have many concepts and final versions of the characters ready. We’re hoping the animator can fit our style that we’re presenting. We ask that in your responses to this job you include your portfolio so we can get a good look of your style. Regarding payments, we attend on paying on the amount of detail per animation and the amount of frames as well. Each animation of character being anything from $20-50. This due to due some characters being literally super easy to draw while some others having lots of detail. So please ignore the losing price of $35 for that’s just an average.
