I am using Elegant Theme's E-List directory theme. Some adjustments have to be made to the landing page (colour, footers added, text moved, some texts changed), a registration and login page has to be set up, the 'Submit an Ad' form needs to be created; a member dashboard needs to be created; people must be able to private message the ad authors; autoresponse emails set up when an ad is submitted; custom 404 page needs to be uploaded; paypal cart needs to be set up; the site needs to be tested fully as a user; my small Bluehost account needs to be checked to be sure there is no problem before launch; the site needs to be optimized for speed. I think this is all, but I may have left something out.
