I need to build an interactive web based template based on this site - [login to view URL] The interactive site in html5 which would include - 1- the introduction animation floating over the (in webgl) - you can create a demo using any other image 2 - from the floating animation then getting to a main menu that is also in a draggable webgl canvas with hotspots 3. From the menu - going to a sample page with clickable hotspots that show explanations from the side 4. I would need the above to be a working template and I would also want a tutorial on how I can create my own introduction animation unity 3d or other software, and notes on how to create that draggable menu in point 2 If you have another way to create this other than webgl then include that in your offer
