I need you to develop a editable program for me or possibly work from our current HTML "notepad" worksheet. Basically, we are a doctors office that prescribes multiple supplements for patients, every time they come in. The worksheet we are using is not editable once closed. We need to be able to pull that patients document back up from their last appointment, delete or add new supplements, SAVE. then the next time that patient comes in, pull up most recent and delete/add supplements, so on and so forth. Right now the doctor is having to re-create this worksheet every time and takes her forever to do. Not efficient.
