Website design with UI/UX optimisation (hourly)

We need to design inner pages of a marketplace portal with social network elements. Looking for a clean, modern minimalistic design. At the moment we have Landing mage and 4 inner pages (2 pages) and several drafts, so the style and most of the key design elements have been developed already. Wel are taking existing website as a benchmark pretty much taking copying its interface with minor improvements. We have screenshots of the interface taken, organised in the flow with anotations if any change is required. To this inner web interface weâll add additional couple of more pages, including additional user sub-profile and weâll add some social network elements. In total, there are around thirty pages with many of them with simple with repetitive design (example could be provided to preselected candidates). Requirements: 1) extensive UX/Ui design experience 2) sense of style 3) working commitment no less then 30 h/week (preferably more) 4) easily available on Skype or Slack 5) quick comments implementations 6) must sign NDA&NCA and a regular contract 7) the results of work could not be shown to 3rd parties without an explicit written consent Timeline: up to 3 weeks (preferably in 2 weeks) with total workload estimated around 60-70 billable hours Price: we are looking at rates up to US$10/hour In the end, there should be a ready PSD files with annotated layers. NOTE: Generic submissions will be ignored.
