I need some changes to an existing website. I want to create a website similar to ultimate cycler - [url removed, login to view] I need someone who can deliver in one week. There will be some differences. No referrals: Users that sign into the website do not need to refer other users to earn. The system will automatically match them with new users coming into the system. It is a forced matrix system. New template view. Full admin control. Support email. 3x1 matrix: A user that signs into the system is paired with someone to pay NGN 15,000. After he has made the payment and the payment is confirmed by the one he paid, the system now matches him with 3 other people who will pay him NGN 15,000 each(NGN 45,000). Once he receives that money (N45,000) he can now cycle back to pay another person in the system NGN 15,000 to get another (N45,000) and the cycle goes on and on like that. This matching system should be able to run automatically. It should have a robust admin back end where we can monitor users, can also control pairing, block them and delete them. At the back end we should be able to assign how often we will be matched with other users to pay us. We should be able to confirm the payment so that these users can recieve (NGN 15,000) from other users. This is a simple 3x1 forced matrix system with a responsive web design. Very Good SEO.
