I'm working on a mobile development project as a project manager and will be willing to send A LOT more work ON-GOING work if the rate is negotiable per design. I've worked with many graphic designer and have a very easy 4 step process to completing a design
1. Submit Design sketch
2. Submit Design Document/Scope
3. Submit Images to use in details
4. Attach any sample designs to use as reference
these 4 steps will ALWAYS be included in design orders to make things A LOT more easy.
We are not looking for EXTREMELY complicated design, we will be attaching sample designs as reference for your knowledge.
