Full Time Web Designer

We are looking for a qualified designer to join our team. This position is for someone who is looking for a career of being a web designer for a dynamic and fast growing company, not for someone how is looking for a one time project. This job is 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with 1 hour break per day. Job description is below. This is an exclusive job, which means you can only work for us and no one else. You must have excellent English and during this hours we will use software that will capture your screen and a webcam that will monitor you. We are looking for an energetic, well-rounded Web Designer with experience in graphics, mobile design, layout, basic coding, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technology platforms such as Wordpress and HTML. We would prefer a candidate who also has experience with Google Pay Per Click and Social Media Paid Ads. This person will direct the overall look and feel of websites for our company and for our clients. We also need ongoing graphic designs for our social media, video editing, and landing pages on various websites. Proficiency in SEM/SEO and video editing is a plus. Essential Functions: Operate effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and adjustments Exceed expectations and provide high-quality deliverables in a timely manner Responsible for the design, copy and development of web pages and graphics Effectively develop in a clean, well-structured, and sustainable format Demonstrate creative, technical and analytical skills Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments Juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines without compromising quality. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience in developing websites and/or web applications Adaptive, highly motivated self-starter with the technical skills to transform the company leadership’s visions into a reality Solid understanding and navigation of SEO and Google Analytics Maintains a consistently positive attitude and high level of motivation Practical experience in development of HTML, CSS, and graphics creation with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing/creation. Adobe XD experience a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience strategizing to create meaningful and memorable brands Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team‐oriented environment Collateral and Ad Creation: knowledge of typography, spatial orientation the handling and manipulation of images, freehand graphics, and basic design elements. BS / BA University Design or Arts degree a plus; significant work experience will be considered an equivalent. Job Type: Full-time
