I will basically need assistance with building a website from scratch. The audience will be men and women age 18-35. The following sections will need to be built in: Nutrition - which includes suggested meal plans and recipes as well as a grocery list Fitness- which includes fitness routines Online Community - for people to share testimonials and blog about their journey Shop - for people to purchase gear or equipment About me - history about the program and the founder Profile - people who sign up with the program will have their own profile which will be private from the public.
