Internal employee website to access work related stuff. I.e Training and etc. I just want the frame work to be built, i.e Navigation bar across multiple pages. Banner at the top. The content i can put up myself. I have made something in powerpoint to show how i would ideally like the website to look like but i want it more modern and interactive style. Will need some new icons created i.e New log out button, message button etc.

It appears that a website for internal employees is required. It looks like some training material sort of site, however more details are required. Relevant Skills and Experience I have worked in custom PHP and different CMS like Wordpress etc.I can work in Laravel, CI as well. It appears to be an interesting job to me,and I will be looking forward if we can discuss/move fwd.
