Design and develop a website for a small business using best practice HTML, CSS, and JS where necessary. Website must be responsive and work on iPad and iPhone. I will leave it up to you to decide whether the page should be a one page scrolling site or a traditional multi-page website. Could I please ask that you design a mockup to show me first for approval and then move on to the build phase. There is no blog necessary so please don’t include one in the design. The site is small and only has 4 pages with minimal content (home, about, services, and contact). I will supply the chosen Freelancer with more information about the business including logo and style-guide as well as a wireframe for content.

Because it has rich extended module that can power your site in no time. Also there are lots of themes to choose and customize such as twitter bootstrap theme for drupal.
