I am looking for website designer and web developer who can build my website. the website is similar to [login to view URL] and freelancer.com where it should allow people to post a request and suppliers to bid. I am looking to focus on developing the functions such as matching requests to suppliers (based on type of services and location), distance calculator, job bidding, sms alert and online chat.
