HI Looking to a system on my site where sections of the site can only be accessed via a username and password. However i also want ti to IP address secure as well, so the username and password can only be used from the same IP address as they registered from. The idea is to stop login sharing (which will happen). Can this be done ? thanks

Regarding Your question: yes, it can be done, but the problem is that people tend to have dynamic ip address, so it would have to be a requirement for users to register using static ip address that they'll use in the future. So, choose me and I can promise You that I'll complete this project on time and to Your standards; however, I'll need more details(do you already have the login/registration functionality thus requiring only changes in the code or do you need it done from scratch and similar) so I could assess the scope of work and adjust my bid accordingly if needed. What you are asking for is an advanced ALC (Access Level Control) where not just username and password but also last known IP address is tracked. If a person does not login from same computer it will restrict system even if the password entered is right.
