Hi, I'm looking for a person who could build a website. The core purpose of the website: 1. Allow users to submit a form (multiple text fields + image upload); 2. Store the information in a database; 3. Allow other users to use search bar for querying the database and getting matching results. Please see attached a document saying what needs to be done. Please have a look and advice if you are interested and capable of doing it. If yes, please advice if WordPress or PHP/MySQL is the tool you prefer.

I have always preferred custom coding as compare to WP in case we have to work with the database only with out any other specific needs and it looks like samething in your case. I would prefer custom PHP/MySQL for this task. WordPress has too many non required files that aren't required here. I would prefer using twitter bootstrap in setting the UI for the same.

I have done proyects like this before on php/mysql, I like to use grocery crud but it is optional depends on you. The hard part is to design the database but I hope you have clear what you want to do.
