Windows Server / IIS native site. HTML or ASP.NET Basic site for managers and users to select software, hardware, and configurations for computer systems. Check boxes, drop down boxes, free form text. Basic routing. User 1 asks for X software and submits the request, that triggers an email based on a rule association. Ability to upload a user ID and password list, send email alerts, simple SQL Express or flat file DB. Ability to auto total the cost of selected options based on a parts list and cost list. Final hosting location will be a single server on Azure or a single Windows 2012 server internal to the organization.
