Advertisement Design Rework

I need someone to take mock-ups of two advertisements I did in MS Word and make them into a professional graphics files. The size of the larger advertisement should be exactly 2 3/8 wide by 4 7/8 inches tall and should be in a simple jpg format. The size of the smaller one should be exactly 13.5 picas wide by 1 inch tall and should be in Quark Xpress 3.32 or newer format, also including a final jpg. Try to maximize space to the best of your ability, and you are welcome to make suggestions to improve the advertisements. Note that the coder must be willing to make changes, even after he is paid, if the relevant magazines require them.
