I can solve it using moodle (Which is an open source e-learning platform) and articulate. . More than 40,000 organizations worldwide rely on Articulate software, including 93 of the Fortune 100 companies and 19 of 20 top-ranked universities.

To create learning modules I work within Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, I often build portions in Microsoft PowerPoint to determine layout and then import it into Articulate and complete any audio file integration, formatting or additional animations there. It is my understanding that this contract is for the completion of a stand alone pre-built PowerPoint/word document version of module . If this is the case, I could complete the initial project in under 8-20 days depending on the amount of customized animations and characters (refer to my portfolio for example character). I have recently completed a consultant contract with Fisheries and Oceans Canada’s Conservation and Protection Branch, which has involved leading the development of an e-Learning module to train Fishery Officers on recent program changes. I created the draft module in PowerPoint, I used Articulate Storyline to convert it into a SCORM compatible e-learning file format. The module included a graded quiz. I'm currently on an additional contract as a Program Officer, leading the development of a learning module that teaches Fishery Officers how to use the new Compliance Enforcement System through a step by step tutorial. I am eager to grow my E-Learning portfolio and feel that this project would be a good fit. Thank you for your consideration, Laura
