I am developing a web-based pricing assessment tool for residential care operators. I have developed the prototype pricing component but the design is very crude and needs some jazzing up. A basic home page is also required. I require a web designer to create a look and feel appropriate to the industry for the tool so I can undertake a field evaluation. Advise on code refactoring welcome.
