I need some help with color-coding a map of the USA (attached) on a county level. The end output will be 14 different versions of the map. For each version, I will provide a list of counties (between 50-350 counties per version), and will ask for all listed counties to be colored in blue. I will provide a Photoshop file with all counties shown, similar to the attached PNG file. Once the files are received back, I will check to make sure that the coding has been done correctly.
