411895 Quick Photoshop task

Hi, Attached is an image of a chart. This is going to be on the home page of my site and I need someone to do two things to it: 1) Add a starburst or call out of some kind that says "Free charts like this" in the top right of the image. The orange and blue colors in the chart are the primary colors of the website (along with white), so the colors used should be complimentary. If you are going to use one of these colors itself use the blue (#0076CD). 2) Resize the image to be exactly 500px wide. It is important when resizing this that it still looks sharp...I've tried and it always looks blurry, but then I really have no idea what I'm doing :) And that's it. Looking for a quick turn around.
