Sweet Spoonful's

Sweet Spoonful’s "we bake memories you share" Sweet Spoonful’s is a business my mother just started dreaming about and is going through the steps to make it happen. I wanted to surprise her with a custom logo (so the complete vision/philosophy isn't 100% authentic coming from me, but I have a pretty good idea). The primary product of Sweet Spoonful’s will be specialty made jams/jelly’s in common and unusual flavors along with other various sweet treats (cookies, cupcakes etc.) My mother has always been an avid baker and most of my childhood memories come from baking together. The overall philosophy for her business would be about sharing and creating life long memories with one another through sweets and treats. Her style is more country-modern-elegant (simple plaid prints that make you feel at home but with a modern elegant twist). I envision this logo with light almost sun-washed colors that compliment summer/spring and fall (almost representative of a picnic table cover that's been sun-washed by the summer sun). Light blues, crèmes, pale pinks/yellows and light browns would all prove worthy of the envisioned style/color scheme. Nothing bright and "bubble gum-y" I want to keep the logo feeling calm and collected, not overwhelmed by bright/neon (non-authentic) colors. Without a doubt I would like to incorporate a spoon if possible. Maybe continuing the spoon design off of the last "s" in Spoonful’s and filling the spoon with some sort of frosting or jam/jelly design. I don't like big bold text, I want the logo to feel inviting, warm, elegant; very country-farm-home like. I would like to see something that represents the home-made jam labels in a way that feels authentic but not inexpensive.
