Looking to hire a layout designer in mid-August for a 384-page book of daily inspirations for healthy relationships from a psychological perspective. This will be a hardcover limited edition with special features, such as ribboning and gold gilded edges, possibly gold foil embossing on cover. Inner pages include 366 meditations -- 1 per page, introduction, biographical info, and index. Still deciding between 1-color or 4-color for inner pages. Would like design elements on each page in addition to text, but design elements could repeat throughout book every 30 pages. Design to have an Art Nouveau/Ancient World Spirituality motifs. Please include link to your portfolio. Please review the attached PDF for design styles we like, sample pages of our work, and specs - we'd appreciate samples of your work and to see your vision for this project. Need a print-ready PDF file of entire book by mid-September 2013.
