Need cheap and quality designer to make a bunch of images web 2.0 style in 3 hours

Hello :), i need images for two of my blogs. The images need to be in web 2.0 format, glossy and pretty. Please show examples of work that you have done. Each blog will have the following 1 header 2 small sidebar images 1 simple image for sidebar Images must be in .gif format and done within 3 hours ($10 per hour) so that equals $30 for the project. I will send you all sketches of images once you have won the project. Here is an example blog that was done: badcreditslayer[dot]com. The images must match in color. Must have yahoo im, and must show me a portfolio of sites that you have done. Also, by bidding on this project you agree to a non disclosuer agreement.
