Write a simple browser extension

I've created a Chrome extension before. A small part of which sends a POST command. I'm aware the project isn't about post commands, by the way. I believe your project should be simple to do. That's the extension I've made before: [login to view URL] However, sir, there're a couple of things I want to make sure of: - I want to stress the point that inserting into `ixio` database could be done through an HTTP POST command. i.e., I have no experience with `ixio` database, but if it can be done through a POST (or another to-be-stated way), it's no problem. - By 'data', I'm assuming you mean 'text'. i.e., your team will highlight some text then do what you're describing. - There's part of the description that's ambiguous to me. If the first hotkey is pressed several times for several different texts, should these be added to the buffer, or should the buffer be cleared first? It's easy to implement in both cases.
