Install Flash Video 8 Player

Hi there, This is an incredibly easy project but i can not find where the video players are in the fla so i need to just out source it to a flash programmer who can find and replace the players as needed. Let me explain: Currently the website has x2 flash video players installed into it. Both are on the 'home' page, and a user selects if he would like the student home page, or the corperate home page. A few months ago i had a developer install streaming video players (using playstream), and write some code that would detect bandwidth that would then serve either a high bandwidth or low bandwidth video file. I no longer want the streaming players. I would like the streaming players to be replaced with normal, flash 8 video components, where i will give you a url of the video that needs to be streamed. The only other thing, is that currently, when you navigate away from the video player. The video stops playing. When replaceing the video components, you need to make sure that the video does, stop playing when navigated away from. (the code for this i am told is already written). Whilst i appreciate that this is an easy job, i still want to out source it. The job should take half and hour to an hour tops, for confident flash programmer. I will award winner today (saturday) and would like it done for Monday (GMT 12:00pm) please.
