We are an aerospace company, We produce airplane parts. I am the Quality Manager for the company I work for. I would like to create an excel that can act as a form. This form will be filled out by our Quality Inspectors. I would like to have a "sheet" that has a button and that's all. The Inspector clicks on this button, and a Box appears to be filled out as a form. When this forms is completely filled out, the inspector clicks a button within this pop up that says save. In the same workbook, another sheet will be filled out with this data ( I will hide this sheet so the Inspectors do not mess with it). The excel would need to have some drop down choices, some fill in and a print button. I found an excel that seems to be what I am looking for but, obviously the names of the cell titles will change. I would like to have another sheet within the same workbook that is filled in automatically with the information in the right places and have it print. Every time a new data is entered this sheet updates and prints.

Greetings! I worked in a Aerospace company for close to 10 years myself. I do understand the current project does not necessarily require any Aerospace experience. However, being a full time freelancer now working exclusively on Excel based projects, I work on such Excel based tasks every single day. Please share the specific details (name and type of fields, data for drop downs etc.,) - I would come up with a form based solution as required. I can develop the solution such that any future updates is simplified as much as possible (for instance, for changes to drop down data you can simply update a list in Excel sheet and does not involve updates to code). I have 20 years experience in using Excel as part of my daily work life. Over the last 30 MONTHS , I have spent at least 200 HOURS on automation in Excel every month. Have a Great Day!
