Help with my GSheets Formula

I need to figure out a formula that has "AND" and "OR" arguments. I have been unsuccessful in just using a "COUNTIFS" formula with an array bracket nested in it but I feel like I'm fairly close but, then again, maybe I'm not! I need some help, trying to solve this today. The formula needs to filter on a date range(in between two dates), multiple statuses, and one other criteria.
