Update: I just want to clarify that this work would be limited to one hour per day Monday - Friday so only a total of five hours per week. This will be ongoing steady work but it is not 40 hours per week. Thanks! We need someone to gather daily updates on mobile home parks for sale on [login to view URL] using specific criteria (for example: minimum 20 lots, limited to specific US states, etc.). From the data, we would need you to update a Dropbox spreadsheet highlighting new listings and listings that we should investigate further, again based on certain criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be given a small associated task with instructions provided. Each shortlisted candidate will be paid for their effort however we plan to hire only one candidate for this work.
