Small project. Requires some complex "if" and "lookup" type logic to undertake basic calculations and colour cells in Excel. The spreadsheet is already set-out with an example. Also, there are notes in red, and comments explaining functionality needed in detail. The project should not take very long for someone with the right skills, but will need fairly good macro skills in Excel. Something like nested if statements would be needed, and if "true" cells are set to a certain colour, then values propagated through Steps in spreadsheet. Code must be very clean and show advanced knowledge (no clumsy or clunky code thanks). Spreadsheet must be returned, with code fully accessible, and compatible with MS Excel 2013.
