Build a form in MS Excel

Dear Employer, this is my proposal: I propose a system with two sheets. - One sheet that will display a single request. This will be used for entering / editing / viewing single requests. - One sheet with a table that will work as a small database where all the requests are kept. This will include a button for cleaning the form so a new request can be entered. To search between the existing requests, the user will go to the tab with the table and use the table filters. If the user clicks in a row of this table, the program will display all the details in the form. The delivery date is 7 days from the begining of the project for first milestone. Then there will be a week for fixing any stanging issues, and at the end fo this week the second milestone will be paid. Kind Regards, Oliver
