Excel to Tradestation

Currently have an excel spreadsheet that I use to calculate and compare past history with current data. I would like for some one that has Excel / Visual Basic experience to convert it into Tradestation Easy Language or into a Tradestaion DLL if need to. It also requires that the candidate have knowledge of Easy Language (Tradestation) and excel. I would like to see past projects if any. I would own the code. I will provide the excel spreadsheet to project candidates. The indicator will display current price data and projected price data. Attached is a PP with a picture of the out put of the spread sheet.
