Hello! The project can be developed as requested. It will basically consist of two main power stages: 1st) DC stage: a step-up converter will ensure the peak value of the DC link bus is always regulated at around 17V (12VACrms equals to 17VAC peak) 2nd) AC stage: will be designed according to required switching speed and efficiency requirements. Both stages will be designed according to the customer's specificactions regarding to the silicon technology used and control accuracy. A control stage will be also necessary and it will monitor and control as many parameters as necessary to accomplish the regulation of power. All design details will be documented.

I have a lot of experience with PWM and would be able to knock this out in a relatively short amount of time. I would be using EAGLE Pro to make the board and would be able to complete the design in roughly 3-4 days. It would take a bit longer to have the board shipped to me and will cost (this is why there is a milestone) but all said, it shouldn't take more than 10-14 days to have a video to you of a working device. The goal is to be embedded as well so that you can pretty much copy/paste the deign I give you onto any board you will need this feature on.
